Return Policy


At SeaVees we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date on your receipt. We will gladly EXCHANGE your product for an item of equal or greater value.

Please Note: All products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box with a copy of the invoice. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. SeaVees does not refund shipping charges. We will happily ship the replacement at no shipping cost to you.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS.

PHYSICAL RETAIL STORE PURCHASES: Returns or exchanges from other physical retail stores will not be accepted.

To Exchange a Purchase — When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive from SeaVees, please contact customer service at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 805-322-7405 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Return product sent back without an accompanying RA# will be returned to sender. Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange the item for an item of equal or greater value, plus appropriate adjustments. All products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box with a copy of the invoice.

Please Note: When shipping product back to SeaVees, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.
